The LICEU undertakes to manage the information of its users and customers with full guarantees and to comply with national and European requirements governing the collection and use of the personal data of its users.

This website, therefore, strictly complies with Organic Law 3/18 of December 5, on the Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and with Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, known as the Regulation for the Development of the LOPD. It also complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals (RGPD), as well as with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Corporate Information Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter LSSICE or LSSI)

Access and use of the website Access to the website Users have free and open access to the website. In the case of products or services requiring payment, the LICEU shall inform the users of the specific conditions applicable to them.

In general, access to the information and applications on this website does not require prior user registration. However, users may request, by filling in the corresponding forms, the receipt of information and advertising from the LICEU (a newsletter, for example). The users guarantee that all the information and personal data provided in the forms will be their own and true and factual. Users shall be solely liable for any false or inaccurate statements made by them and for any damage that the use of this information may cause the LICEU or third parties. Similarly, users undertake to notify the LICEU of any changes that may occur in relation to the information and personal data provided.

The LICEU undertakes to handle personal data in accordance with the instructions of the users who have provided the personal data, not to apply or use it for any other purpose and not to assign it, even for their safekeeping, to other persons, except with the prior and express consent of the party concerned. Likewise, the LICEU undertakes to adopt and implement the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security that prevents their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the RGPD.
